Privacy policy.
Updated: 25 October 2026
This policy explains which personal data Nandapps processes when you use nandapps.dev, book a meeting or contact us by e-mail, why we process it and what rights you have.
1. Data controller
The controller is [full company name or personal name, address, tax ID], operating as Nandapps. For anything related to personal data, write to contact@nandapps.dev.
2. What we process and why
- Meeting booking. Name, e-mail address, chosen time slot, time zone and the optional note. Purpose: scheduling and holding a call about working together. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract.
- E-mail correspondence. The data you include in your message. Purpose: answering your enquiry and further contact. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in handling enquiries.
- Technical data. IP address, browser type and server logs kept by our hosting provider. Purpose: security and stability of the site. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Providing data is voluntary, but without a name and e-mail address we cannot book a meeting or reply to a message.
3. Recipients
Data is shared only with providers whose services are necessary to run the site and handle meetings:
- Cal.com, Inc. (USA), the booking system embedded on this site.
- Google LLC (USA), calendar and Google Meet video calls.
- Cloudflare, Inc. (USA), hosting and content delivery network.
- The e-mail provider we use for correspondence.
Some of these providers process data outside the European Economic Area. Transfers rely on a European Commission adequacy decision (EU-US Data Privacy Framework) or standard contractual clauses.
4. Retention
- Booking and correspondence data: until discussions about working together end, and no longer than 12 months after the last contact. If a contract is signed, data is kept for its duration and any period required by law.
- Technical logs: for the period set by the hosting provider, usually no longer than 30 days.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. To exercise these rights, write to contact@nandapps.dev. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority; in Poland this is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
6. Cookies and browser storage
The site uses no analytics or marketing cookies. The only thing stored in your browser is the interface language you picked. The embedded booking calendar runs in a frame served from app.cal.com and may use its own cookies required for it to work. See the Cal.com privacy policy for details.
7. Changes
This policy may change when our tools or the law change. The current version is always available at this address, with the date of the last update shown at the top.
