Software tailored to how your company works.
When spreadsheets and off-the-shelf tools stop being enough, we build an application around your process: team dashboards, client portals, AI-assisted document automation. From architecture and infrastructure to an interface people want to work in.
- 2 days to a quote after the call
- in stages payment and delivery
- Django + Next.js default stack, matched to the job
When a company needs an application.
- 01
The process lives in Excel and e-mail
Data in five spreadsheets, versions in attachments, nobody knows which is current. An application gives one source of truth and a history of changes.
- 02
Off-the-shelf SaaS fits 60 %
The rest you work around by hand. A custom application does exactly what you need, without paying for features nobody uses.
- 03
Clients call to ask for status
A client portal with documents, statuses and payments takes dozens of calls a week off your team.
- 04
Nobody wants to touch the current system
Undocumented code, author unreachable. We take it over, document it and modernise it in stages without stopping the business.
What we build.
Product
- Admin panels and internal tools
- Client portals with sign-in and documents
- AI document reading and classification
- Reports, exports and live dashboards
Engineering
- Back end in Django REST Framework, FastAPI or Hono
- Interface in Next.js or React and TypeScript
- Roles, permissions, secure sign-in, 2FA
- Integrations with ERP, accounting, payments and office tools
Infrastructure
- AWS by default, Google Cloud or Azure when that is how your company runs
- Infrastructure as code in Terraform
- Kubernetes when the scale calls for it
- Monitoring, backups, CI/CD and a staging environment
From problem to a working version.
- 01 week 1
Call and analysis
We learn the process, the users and the constraints. We write down the scope of the first version and what can wait.
- 02 weeks 1 to 2
Architecture and mock-ups
Data model, integrations, infrastructure and clickable mock-ups of the key screens. You approve before any code is written.
- 03 following weeks
Build in stages
A working version on staging every week. You test with your team, we adjust as we go.
- 04 after launch
Launch and growth
Production launch, training, monitoring. Next stages are planned around how people actually use the application.
What an application costs.
Every application is different, so there is no list price. After the call you get a quote split into stages within 2 working days, each with its scope and deadline.
Always included
- Architecture and technical documentation
- Staging environment with a weekly release
- Automated tests for the key paths
- Infrastructure as code that you take over
- Team training and repository handover
What drives the price
- Number of roles, screens and processes in the first version
- Integrations with external systems
- Security and compliance requirements
- Scale: number of users and volume of data
- Data migration from the current system
Technology matched to the job.
-
Django REST Framework
The default back end for business applications. A ready admin panel, permissions and a mature ecosystem, so the first version ships fast on security proven over years.
-
FastAPI and Hono
When performance and lightness matter: microservices, integrations handling many events, APIs running at the network edge close to the user. Each service does one thing and can be replaced on its own.
-
Next.js and React
Next.js when the application must be visible in Google or rendered on the server. Behind sign-in, plain React and TypeScript: fast, predictable and known to every developer.
-
AI in the process
Models such as Gemini wired in where they save hours of work: reading invoices and contracts, classifying requests, an assistant over company documents. With cost and data under control.
Work that speaks for us.
Questions about applications.
Yours is not here? Ask on the call or write to us.
-
It depends on the scope of the first version. After the call you get a staged quote within 2 working days: each stage has a scope, a deadline and a price, so you know what you pay for before we start.
-
No, and we advise against it. The first version solves the most expensive problem, reaches people, and only then do we plan the next stages around real usage.
-
You do. The repository, the AWS account and the domains belong to your company. After every stage you have full access and documentation, so you can continue with us or with anyone else.
-
Encryption at rest and in transit, roles and permissions, 2FA, backups and access logs. Data stays in an EU region, which matters under GDPR.
-
Yes, and we run it in production: in the accounting firm application Gemini reads and classifies documents. We add AI where it saves hours of work, with cost control and without sending data outside approved services.
-
AWS by default, because that is where we have the most practice and ready infrastructure modules. If your company already has an agreement or credits with Google Cloud or Azure, we build there. Infrastructure is described in Terraform, so the choice of cloud never locks you in.
-
Yes. We start with a code and infrastructure audit, list the risks and plan a staged modernisation without stopping the business.
-
Monitoring, dependency updates and further development, either on a care plan or billed per stage. We agree the scope before launch, not after an outage.
Have an idea? Let's build it together.
