Eight platforms, one payout for every driver.
A fleet partner settling drivers and couriers across several ride-hailing and delivery platforms needed to replace weekly spreadsheet work with a single system. The result is a platform that imports platform reports, computes taxes and contributions according to each driver’s contract and prepares the bank transfers. Drivers see in their panel exactly what makes up their payout.
- 8 platforms in one settlement
- 41 cities across Poland
- 2 contract types: B2B and civil-law contracts
The same puzzle every week.
The bigger the fleet, the more manual work every settlement took.
- 01
Eight files, eight formats
Each platform reports rides, tips, cash and fees differently. Assembling that by hand in a spreadsheet, for every driver, ate the start of every week.
- 02
Every contract computes differently
B2B with two VAT rates, civil-law contracts with social contributions and the under-26 tax relief, plus car rental. One wrong formula means a wrong payout for the whole fleet.
- 03
Cash, advances, debts
A courier collects cash from customers, fuels up on the company card and sometimes goes negative. Who owes whom how much had to be remembered.
- 04
Drivers ask, the office answers
Why this much? When is the transfer? Every question is a call or a message, and a large fleet produces dozens a day.
From a platform file to a bank transfer.
The office uploads the files and only handles the exceptions.
- import
Files from platforms and fuel cards go through a format check.
- matching
Rides, tips and fuel purchases land with the right driver and their contract.
- calculation
Commissions, contributions, taxes, cash and deductions come together in one settlement.
- review
Negative balances and unmatched plates wait for the office’s decision.
- payout
The transfer file goes to the bank and the driver sees the settlement in the panel.
From platform files to money in accounts.

01Reports from every platform in one place
The office uploads reports from eight platforms and fuel card transactions. Every format has its own importer, and a file with unknown columns is rejected before it can do harm. Fuel purchases are matched to drivers by licence plate.

- Orlen, Shell and Amic fuel cards

Each contract computed by its own rules
Every driver has a scheme: contract type, commission per platform and VAT status. From that the system computes contributions, income tax and the under-26 relief, and for B2B splits the amount between two VAT rates. Changing rates is one edit in the panel.
- Cash collected by couriers settled against their balance
- A warning the day before a driver loses the under-26 relief

- #0142 PLN 2,944.90
- #0157 PLN 1,812.00
- #0163 PLN 2,106.35
- #0171 PLN 987.60
- #0188 negative balance
double payouts: 003The whole fleet settled at once
The office settles the whole fleet at once, or only people with a negative balance. The system prepares the transfers, warns about double payouts and exports a file for the bank. A mistake can be reverted, and balances return to where they were before the run.
- Payouts every settlement, weekly or monthly, depending on the scheme
- Small fees deferred to month end, with no dozens of micro-transfers
- Balance PLN 2,944.90 period ends 20.10
- Tips +PLN 184.00
- Cash −PLN 420.50
- Platform fee −PLN 231.80
04Drivers see where every złoty came from
A driver logs in and sees their balance and every settlement broken into line items: tips, cash, fees, VAT and commission. The report downloads as a PDF, and a driver who goes negative gets the details for a return transfer right away.
- Sub-fleet owners see their own drivers’ settlements
- A referral code with a bonus for every new driver
Settlements after launch.
-
The same process every week
A settlement looks the same whatever the number of drivers and platforms.
-
One set of rules for everyone
Contributions, taxes and reliefs follow the same rules, and rates change in one place.
-
Fewer “why this much?” questions
Drivers see their settlement broken into line items, so they call the office less often.
-
Cash and debts under control
Every driver’s balance is computed continuously, and negative balances are handled by a dedicated debt collector role.
